Sourcing in Europe works differently to sourcing in Asia. Runs are smaller, lead times are shorter, and you can usually speak to the person who will actually make your product. Most manufacturers on Supply EU accept orders from 50 to 500 units, and quote in two to five working days.

Almost everything produced by our suppliers is private label. You are not buying a stock item with your logo added, you are commissioning a product built to your specification. Fabric, shape, size, colour, finish, components and packaging are all yours to define. Send a sketch, a reference photo, a physical sample or a full tech pack, and the supplier will develop from there. Sampling typically takes two to four weeks, with production running four to ten weeks after approval depending on the category.

Every supplier on the platform is verified before they can receive requests. We check the company registration, the production capability and the certifications they claim to hold, so you are not chasing a trading company that subcontracts your order somewhere else.
